Huyen Thu vermicelli noodles

Noodle soup Thanh Hong

As a restaurant with more than 20 years of experience, Thanh Hong vermicelli is located on Nguyen Thi Dinh street. The first shop is famous for its traditional crab noodle soup, later there are fried beans, beef, spring rolls, quarts, spring rolls… A bowl of noodles is always hot, smoky and colorful. This is the time when the noodle bowl smells the most. In particular, the bowl of vermicelli here is indispensable with a part of blanched raw vegetables. A bowl of vermicelli noodles ranges from 35,000-65,000 VND.

Hong Phuc lane noodle soup

Located in the middle of Hong Phuc alley – a small lane that cuts between Hoe Nhai and Nguyen Trung Truc, the noodle shop is just a sidewalk but very famous. The bowl of vermicelli here is quite simple, usually just adding nothing, toppings and raw vegetables, but the attraction is the rich broth of sweet, sour, spicy and hot shrimp paste. A bowl here is quite cheap from 30,000-50,000 VND.

Co Thanh noodle soup

An old noodle shop on the old town, existed for more than 30 years. The shop is old, so the price is quite cheap, 20,000 VND for beans, 40,000 VND for full, including snail noodles but must be booked in advance. Another point that makes the restaurant attractive to diners is the homemade fried onions and chili peppers. The restaurant is located in an alley so the area is quite small.
