Hanoi (VNA) - There are 239 products competing for the "Make in Vietnam 2020 Digital Technology Products" award, the Ministry of Information and Communication reported.

The award was launched on August 19 in Hanoi by the Ministry of Information and Communication.

According to Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Phan Tam, this is the first time the award has been held to honor creative digital technology products.

This award also aims to promote studies, develop digital technological products, contributing to the construction and development of digital government , the digital economy to achieve the goal of making Vietnam an upper middle income country by 2045.

The “Make in Vietnam 2020 Digital Technology Products” award ceremony is expected to take place in December in the framework of the Vietnam National Digital Technology Enterprise Development Forum.-VNA
