Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet expy opened to traffic on May 19

HCMC – Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang has sought the suspension of the Hoang Long Construction Investment Corporation if it fails to meet the deadline of the North-South Expy project. The request came after Minister Thang found construction delays in the Mai Son-National Highway 45 section
