Member of the 13th Party Central Committee Pham Thi Thanh Tra was appointed Minister of Home Affairs at the
Nguyen Thanh Nghi was appointed as Minister of Construction at the 11th session of the 14th National Assembly on April 8.
Vietnam’s Minister of Construction was born on August 12, 1976, as a native citizen of Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province. He holds a Doctor of Construction Engineering Science, Construction Engineering. Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on January 26, 1999. He was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee on the 11th tenure and a member on the 12th and 13th tenures, according to VGP.
