In the message, he wished the event great success and expressed his belief that the 13th National Party Congress will mark another significant milestone in the efforts of Vietnam, an important player in the region, to contribute to peace and stability in the Southeast Asia region and the world, and to lead the excellent bilateral relations between Israel and Vietnam to new heights.

On the occasion, Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam Nadav Eshcar also sent a congratulatory message to Hoang Binh Quan, head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations in which he extended his warmest heart-felt wishes to the Party, State and people of Vietnam.

He noted his confidence that under the wise leadership of the CPV, Vietnam will further obtain significant achievements in its national development.

The diplomat also wished the 13th National Party Congress great success.
