ASEAN to press on with set priorities despite COVID-19

The preparatory meeting focused on building the ASEAN Community, relations between ASEAN and partners, among others.
Mr. Dung said that COVID-19 should not affect ASEAN’s cooperation to achieve their shared goals.
ASEAN delegates praised Vietnam’s role as 2020 ASEAN Chair and its success in containing COVID-19. They are committed to working with Vietnam to implement set priorities.
