Those who pass all the five rounds of the IPL Scholarship Program will each receive a scholarship worth VND250 million to take part in a world-class training course with special training methods that will help them turn their leadership potential into reality.

The scholarship beneficiaries will have the chance to attend multiple events such as talks, book discussions, IPL sharing and mentoring to unleash their leadership potential. These events will feature leading scholars from multiple fields such as philosophy, history, culture, science, literature, arts, music, management and economics.

The IPL Scholarship Program is a combination of enlightened education and leadership development. Speaking at a ceremony to announce the scholarships on April 25, Gian Tu Trung, president of IRED Institute of Education and principal of PACE Institute of Management, said the founders of IPL want to contribute to developing a new generation of businesspeople that possess not only leadership capacity but also cultural depth, humanity and national pride.

“They are businesspeople who do not aim to earn money at all costs, but by serving the society through their good products and services,” Trung said.

On the occasion of the opening of the IPL Scholarship Program 2021, PACE Institute of Management held an IPL Talk with the theme, “Redefining Leadership and Talent”, in HCMC on April 25, attracting some 1,000 young businesspeople and leaders. Hosted by Gian Tu Trung, the event is part of the “Find a New Businesspeople Generation for the New Era with IPL” series jointly organized by the PACE Institute of Management and IPL Scholarship Program.

Officially founded in November 2007, IPL is a not-for-profit educational project initiated and executed by the PACE Institute of Management and dedicated businesspeople and intellectuals such as Gian Tu Trung, Professor Tran Van Tho, Professor Vu Minh Khuong, Dr. Le Dang Doanh, Dr. Nguyen Si Dung, economic expert Huynh Buu Son and Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung.
