Strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
- 250 g of fresh strawberries
- 50 g of sugar
- 150 ml of milk
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 50 ml of yogurt
- 10 ice cubes
- Some strawberries for decoration
Preparation
- Clean the strawberries and remove the pedicle from each fruit.
- Place them in the bottom of a blender or a food processor equipped with a metal blade. Add the milk, ice cubes, 30 g of sugar, 50 ml of liquid cream
and yogurt.
- Blend until smooth, scraping sides if necessary.
- Pour 150 ml of liquid cream into a large container containing 20 g of sugar. Stir so that the sugar dissolves. Place the container in the freezer for 15 minutes. The cream must be very cold before starting to whip it into whipped cream.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the sweet cream, gently at first and then faster and faster as it rises.
- Pour the smoothie into the glasses, use a pastry bag to shape the whipped cream on the surface of the smoothie. Decorate the drink with the strawberries.
Serve chilled!
