Residential area – entertainment and tourism services in Bac Binh district has an planning area of about 868.5 hectares and a projected population of 45,000 people.

The People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province has just issued a decision approving the Master Plan for the construction of a residential – entertainment and tourist service area in Hong Phong and Hoa Thang communes, Bac Binh district. The planning area is about 868.5 hectares and the population is about 45,000 people.

Specifically, the project has the East adjacent to DT.716; the West borders on wind and solar power projects; bordering on coastal tourism projects to the south and bordering DT715 road to the north.

As expected, the project is divided into two phases. In particular, phase 1 (2020 – 2030) will deploy the construction of technical infrastructure works, landscape architectural works (central complex, public area – commercial and service area, park area. Bau Noi lake green trees) and social infrastructure works.

Next phase 2 (2031 – 2045) will invest in the construction of the remaining items, and at the same time form residential – entertainment and tourism services. The resources for implementation are mainly from calling, attracting investment, mobilizing capital from non-budgetary sources.

The main functional areas of the project include public land, mixed land, residential areas, service-tourism land, entertainment-themed greenery, public greenery, schools, health and technical infrastructure hubs.

In particular, residential land combined with trade and service up to 5 floors, including resettlement land fund combined with business services to serve tourism, forming commercial areas.

Apartment building is expected to have a maximum of 9 floors, arranged for the number of migrant laborers to serve at tourist centers; Constructing residential buildings with high-rise buildings.

For land in villas and garden houses, adjacent up to a maximum of 3 floors, including types of resort villas.

The public service area is up to 15 storeys high and is expected to build social and commercial infrastructure works to serve the needs of people such as offices, administration, post offices, cultural houses, libraries, hotels, convention centers, business centers.

Mixed land area with maximum construction density of 60%, 15 storeys high, including various types of investment projects in the form of business, mixed services such as shopping, spa, cuisine, offices for rent, motels; entertainment, in association with the goal of Mui Ne National Tourism Area.

The tourist area will be located along Bau Noi lake and a part of the coastal area of Suoi Nuoc – Hoa Thang, including eco-resorts, resorts and hotels to meet the needs of tourists.

Chairman of Binh Thuan People’s Committee assigned Bac Binh District People’s Committee to coordinate with the Department of Construction in organizing the announcement and public announcement of the approved construction general planning.
