Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has just announced the list of investment projects using land to choose investors for the residential project Dong Tien village, Dong Thanh, Dong Xa commune, Van Don district (phase 2).
The area of land for project implementation is about 10 ha, the goal is investment in technical infrastructure; building and completing the exterior for housing projects, including 302 adjacent houses and 82 villas, meeting the housing needs of people in Van Don district area.

The project implementation period is 36 months, the project duration is 10 years. The deadline for interested investors to submit the project implementation registration documents is October 8, 2020.
According to the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province, the total project implementation cost is 812.6 billion VND, of which the investment cost is expected to be 699 billion VND, the cost of compensation for ground clearance is over 113.6 billion VND.
Recently, the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province also sent documents to the Van Don Economic Zone Authority (EZ) and Van Don District People’s Committee on the approval of the location to study the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500. Van Don EZ itself.
According to the report dated August 25, the People’s Committee of Van Don district said the administrative center of Van Don economic zone will be located in Khe Ngai village, Doan Ket commune, Van Don district.

The planned study area is about 42 ha.
