The forum was co-organized by the Vietnam Association of Business Culture Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Home Affairs, and other relevant agencies and units, according to VNA.
The forum was launched with a panel on proposing solutions to reinforce and promote business culture in the new context, where many leaders from Vietnamese enterprises and groups shared their opinions and ideas.
Representatives from businesses estimated that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused serious impacts on the operation but the corporate culture is the soul that plays the core value and the name of the business.
Sharing about corporate culture, Phuong Uyen Tran said that challenges are the very annealing of Tan Hiep Phat’s employees and it makes Tan Hiep Phat the only Vietnamese enterprise listed on the top five beverage groups in Vietnam, vanguard and fairly competing with other multinational enterprises.
