NDO - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, the head of Working Group 3 on expediting public investment disbursement in 2022, chaired a meeting with 17 ministries and central agencies as well as two localities on July 25.

As of June 30, the disbursement rate of 17 ministries and agencies under Working Group 3 reached 8.77%, lower than the national average of 27.86%, two of which have yet to disburse any of their allocated capital while one has disbursed over 20%.

As of July 27, the disbursement rates of Cao Bang Province and Bac Kan Province were estimated at 20.1% and 22.2%, respectively.

Deputy PM Vu Duc Dam stated that ministries, agencies and localities have addressed some initial drawbacks and obstacles to accelerate public investment disbursement after inspection and galvanising.

He asked the working group to issue documents urging localities to implement the disbursement tasks and enhance the capacity of project management units.
